Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a Customer Service candidate for a client of ours in the biotech industry!

Long Term Temp
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Heavy order entry in ERP systems (preferably SAP) attention to Bill To/Ship To, Incoterms, pay methods, Freight and Sales Tax applications.
Heavy Customer \"issue/resolution' experience
Bill of Materials, Blanket Order, SOP
Past due orders,
Terms and conditions in relation to Quotation
Discounting, Promotions, Contracts

Excellent computer skills that include Excel and Word
Experience working in a system-based business environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role and an in-depth understanding of corporate work-flow and how your particular role fits within daily operations
Outstanding customer service skills and communicating with external and internal partners comes naturally to you
You enjoy working alongside a motivated team in order to achieve company goals
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
